From Espalion for twenty years, we wanted to share and discover the joys of our town and region that we love.  We had the Brasserie du Marché, and how many pilgrims have we seen enraptured by such and such an aspect of the town, or how to find particular information about a certain point.  After the vast, wild and magnificent expanse of the Aubrac, Espalion is almost physically the entrance door to the South, the country of the troubadours and the Occitan.

Having followed the steps of Puy at Conques, we know the ordeals faced by the pilgrims such as the weather, cramps and little bumps. 
In a general way, over the years, we have realised all the requirements that you can come across when you take the Way.
That's the reason why we created Hal't Pelerin for pilgrims at Espalion.
